I am so sorry. So truly sorry. I know how much your Lindsey meant to you, and how much you wanted her to be just like she was. I know even a new Lindsey wouldn't be the same, but I'm sure you could grow to love her, too. Maybe UPS will find her. Don't give up hope! On the total up-side- maybe AG will give you a new Lindsey, then UPS will find yours, and AG will tell you just to keep the new one and the old one for your trouble. Then you'd have 2!

OMG!!!!! POOR Lindsey!!! Im sure if you called AG they would do whatever they could to help you... actually just this week I emailed them about Marisol's ballet tights I received that were snagged. They sent out a replacement but accidentally thought they were the "spotlight" tights, so they are sending me BOTH outfits and I am to send them back whatever is messed up....
They do go out of their way to help, which doesnt happen with most other companies! [img]smile.gif[/img]
Keep us posted. I bet they get you a new Lindsey!

I saw your other post earlier today that she was still missing. I'm so sorry. Hopefully they will find her. Keep us posted.
I am so sorry to hear of this. I remember your post when you were sending her off and I could feel your pain. I am so hoping that you will get a call from UPS saying that they've found her. I agree with all the posts that recommend that you get in touch with AG, as I see you've already done.
I'll keep wishing and hoping that this resolves itself for the best!
